The Zoomies In Action!

What are The Zoomies?
I like to define The Zoomie as: a dog’s unstoppable mad dash caused by their overwhelming feeling of energy, excitement, and joy. There are several names for this mad dash, and although I haven’t heard of a definitive cause for The Zoomie, I have a feeling they do it just for fun! Besides high speed, unstoppable running, The Zoomies are also often accompanied by wide eyes, quick circles, loud noises, and random acts of jumping. Some question “How can I stop The Zoomie?”, and from my experience… you can’t. Just move out of the way, clear breakable items away from the danger zone, and grab a camera!
